I'm a digital artist and an aspiring medical laboratory scientist from the Philippines! I let my creative juices flow by writing and drawing, but the hidden wonders of the world interests me too.BYF: I'm an artist who draws a lot of fanart especially Albedo and Genshin Impact. I pull a Mona sometimes and talk about astrology. TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning, you agree to these terms:
Before I accept your artwork commission, please provide clear and concise details.
I have the right to decline commissions for any reason, without the need to prove my reason. In general, I won't be doing artworks that are in my "can't do" list.
All major adjustments or additions will be subject to my assessment if should be for additional payment.
I have the right to promote the artwork in any of my platforms. However, if you request the artwork to be private, an additional 50% of the base fee should be applied.
If you fail to comply with these terms, I may inform the public of your name and/or aliases as a negative customer and other relevant details of our interaction.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
Commissions under $20/₱1000 shall be paid in full, and above the said amount can be paid with 50% installment/down-payment. However, I will not give you the finished commission unless the remaining 50% is paid.
Returning clients are entitled to 10% discount per commission.
I can only give you free major revisions in sketch/line-art, and an additional $5 for any major revisions (except artist mistake) made in rendering.
Canceling a commission is allowed, however, the refund will depend on the commission progress; half if I have done the color blocking, and I won't refund if I made a progress beyond the color blocking phase.
If I have to cancel a commission for any reason, I will inform you as soon as I can.
USAGE POLICY:
My work is for personal use only, unless it is agreed upon for commercial use, and therefore the price and the turn-about time would vary.
You agree to credit me when posting on any platform, and printing my artwork (as long as it is for personal use).
You may not alter nor edit my work, except for resizing and/or cropping. Please do not crop out my signature.
I do not consent to use my work as a non-fungible token (NFT) and use it as an art to train artificial intelligence (AI).
OTHER TERMS:
The prices and the terms are subject to change and can be updated by me at any time without notice. I shall try my best to inform you if you are affected by any updates written.
